Abilities[]
Preface[]
I'm a terrible writer, let alone wiki user, and my ability to explain is weak. Basically, if there is something confusing or info that doesn't quite add up I apologize. Before I can go into Theta and who he is, I have to give a lot of backstory, what M-Power! is and how Theta was created. I will go over other characters, story, and very poor word building to explain how this works.
To make the wiki an easier read, and not explain things on the I would like to clear up some other things as well that may make sense later on. First some general things to keep in mind.
- M-Power is a campaign I created in my mind to help me get over things, figure out who I am and help me fall asleep. This all started 2 years ago so somethings may seem a bit cringe, but just bear with me as we dive into this.
- False Alarm, and Winter are NOT stands. They basically hold the same power and actions as stands but for the sake of being "Original" They will not be consider stands. This also applies to Mi as well.
- If the explanation of what M-Power (The ability in this case, and not the series) is confusing, think of it as color Hamon on steroids, or Nen (I think its from hunter hunter although I may be incorrect.)
- There are two different types of M-Power!, the initial campaign, and the ability that gives all Marty variants their superpower.
- M-Power! (the series) is a take on the "dimensions and time concept", where Someone can use a device to travel between dimensions, that being video game worlds, television, most of pop culture, as well as original worlds as well.
- This doesn't apply to lore, but I can't draw characters very well so I'll try my best to find something online that looks similar to them.
- A lot of the lore is going to be a swift breakdown, nothing will be in detail so feel free to point out plot holes, because I sometimes forget to fill them when writing run downs
Explanations[]
The following franchises are used in M-Power! and I recommend not reading on if you want to avoid spoilers, or if you want to learn more about these in advance.

M-Power[]
M-Power is a certain ability all naturally inside most Marty variants. M-Power is split up into different types, each by color. There are a lot more types of M-Power, but for the sake of time I will only be covering the ones used.

These powers help harness their strongest abilities, but that doesn't stop most Marty variants from having other naturally abilities, and because they also travel between dimensions, they can learn and possess new skills as well. This allows them to become stronger, if the work is put in (or plot go brrr and they get lucky, like a vision being given to Fey, but more on that later.)

The Pocket Watch[]
The Pocket watch is a tool used by all Marty variants, and all beings who are allowed to enter the Time Zone or move from dimension to dimension. A good example is the SSB universe, who all use Pocket Watches to travel from place to place. They also go to the Time Zone as well, and are considered part of "The Agency" Who protect existence itself. The Pocket Watch harnesses the power of a Time Crystal, a hypothetical object that has a repeating pattern in time, however M-Power can be used to harness a solid form of this object. Using the friction of another adjustment spinner on the watch, it rubs on the crystal, which attempts to reconnect with the original one, in whatever dimension you are thinking of, by teleporting itself and those touching it, to that dimension. These watches are vastly the same, mainly being analog and using the a body made of gold or silver, however many Marty variants have their own designs, granted how important each variant is when it comes to protecting the universe.
(I will include a diagram of a watches inside design mechanics, not like the actually clock but the time crystal part)
Pre Nicholas merge, and how they came to merge[]
Marty Variants were not the first of their kind, but rather a chain in a long dynasty of one person being recreated in different dimensions over and over again, who can harness M-Power, and are destined to follow a journey through dimensions and time. However, when too many have been created, they all come together to fuse in some sort of way. One way could be placing all your memories, skills, and experience into one person's mind, and have having them carry on and start a new variant chain, while another way would be fusing into an entirely new being. The "Nicholas Chain" was the variant chain that came before Marty. One of the Nicholas variants, who was the current head of their Time Zone, had three children; Delta, Alpha, and Omega. Alpha of the three was the most behaved, smart, and strongest when it came to using M-Power, so he was the one trusted to bear all of the Nicholas's at once when he absorbed them. However, Alpha sent Delta and Omega to go create the Time Zone, while he searched for a new dimension to call home since he didn't want to run the Time Zone because he knew when if the fusion happens happened, the current one, along with his friends and family, would all be gone.
When the merge happened, Alpha went to another dimension and found home there. For the sake of storytelling and not melting my brain, his will continue near the end of the Marty variants era. However, he absorbed all of the Nicholas variants and became extremely powerful. However, before the merge, his father gave him the power to create new dimensions, specifically so he could make one for the Time Zone. However, this power was given the Delta, and will now be dubbed "Delta Formation" which will be used by others later down the line.
The new Time Zone, Delta's family and his split with Omega.[]
With the birth of the new Time Zone, Delta starts a family, and has one son, Eon. However, to continue the dynasty of variants, Delta knew he and omega had to be reborn, and his son Eon, had to be hidden somewhere far away. So that's what he did. Despite Omega wanting to stay and keep his current life, Delta, using sheer force, sent Omega to a parallel dimension to where he would be reborn. Then, Delta would be reborn, soon to be named Marty. Both Delta and Omega's dimensions would also receive parallel dimensions. But this will become important later. The Time Zone would then be trusted to the people of Super Smash Bros, as a way to meet and protect other dimensions. They would become the first people of the Time Zone to protect the space time continuum, however they would be unaware of Delta and Omega's presence.
As Marty grows older, he has a fault with his family, and decides to run away. However, Marty would be found to radiate large amounts of M-Power, which would raise concerns to the SSB committee. Then one day, Marty would be confronted by the head, Mario, in the desert where he would be "rescued" and hired to be a stage rebuilder, and would meet his co workers and friend, Max and Z. Here they would have a way to monitor Marty, and wait for him to unleash his M-Power!
Delta, The Stage Builder[]
Here Marty would make many friends in this world. He would make friends enemies and have many disputes, and would end up fighting Mario, for a Pocket Watch. He would feel he had a special connection to it, and its his destiny to use it. But he would fail, as he has no way to use his powers. To make amends for his outburst, he would go on trips with Max and Z and each fighter in the roster. Finally, on their trip with Zelda, Marty discovers his first ability, while fighting in a coliseum he finds himself in a pinch, but new that he couldn't give up, he needed to live. For the Pocket Watch, to reach his destiny. Here Marty unlocks his first ability, using clear M-Power, Oru.
Oru[]
Oru's ability starts when Marty pulls out a weave, and all actions when the Weave is activated, are recorded and played on a loop behind Marty. Marty, can go back to any of these actions at will, allowing him to dodge opponents instantly and hit them if they get caught in a nearby weave. Also, if they have a replay in the same area the opponent is in, if Marty teleports there, he can go "clip" into them and cause them to explode. He can also record opponents, and teleport to their actions, as well as teleport the opponent to their own action, or his, allowing him to move the opponent freely. However, every teleport removes a large portion of the recording, starting at the beginning, allowing only so many teleports to be used. When Oru is also out, Marty gains the ability to move faster and a slight boost in physical combat power.
Side note: Oru is not Delta's only ability.
Delta's rematch[]
Using Oru, Marty (Remember, this is Delta, I will start calling him Delta when its important.) was able to defeat Mario, and others and claim a pocket watch of his own. When he held it, it flashed and turned into a vibrant emerald color. Using this watch, Marty would go to to many different Dimensions, and learn new skills, during this period, Marty would gain 4 new abilities, 3 of them would become forms he would cycle through, along with Oru. The second ability he would gain would be through learning the way of the Sheika, and using Emerald M-Power sub consciously to create a more powerful version, allowing him to gain the ability Emerarudotorikku.
