We've seen Stand with lackluster or even non-existent appendages based on the user's own limbs and what state their in (i.e. Tusk Act 1-3 have none or weak-looking legs as Johnny can't stand, Tusk Act 4 being 75% legs when Johnny can stand).

But what about Stands that have the opposite effect, having their appendages be above average when compared to other Stands, while the user has little to no use in their version of the appendage (i.e. having a Stand with good hands while the user has their's amputated, leaving nothing behind).
